A 3-0 defeat at Palace should be considered as a blip, while Brighton can’t buy a win or a goal. The Seagulls look like easy prey and we are including Arsenal in our weekend accas. BEST BET: Arsenal to win Southampton 15:00 Chelsea Southampton nearly always score at St Mary’s. Ralph Hasenhuttl likes his team to play expansive and attacking football, with the Saints having drawn 1-1 at Leeds last weekend. Chelsea were thrashed 4-1 at home to Brentford and they’ll have to recover quickly for this clash after a Champions League clash against Real Madrid. BEST BET: BTTS Yes Watford 15:00 Leeds United Leeds are scoring goals under Jesse Marsch but they’re also conceding them. Therefore, we can expect both teams to find the net in this encounter, with Watford desperately needing wins to stay afloat. Don’t be surprised if this is a 2-2 draw, with the Hornets carving out a number of chances at Anfield without converting. BEST BET: BTTS Yes Aston Villa 17:30 Tottenham Hotspur It was impossible to watch Tottenham’s 5-1 win over Newcastle United and not be impressed. Spurs came from behind to deliver that rampant victory and Antonio Conte must be marvelling at how well Harry Kane is playing. Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa side are up and down like a yoyo and perhaps they’ll succumb to another defeat against a top four-chasing side. BEST BET: Tottenham to win SUNDAY 10TH APRIL Brentford 14:00 West Ham United Brentford have to be the bet to win this clash. They beat Chelsea last weekend and will be looking to complete a double over the Hammers. The visitors will have clashed with Lyon on Thursday and that is a big negative considering the fatigue that is likely to be on show here. We are simply happy to take a punt on Thomas Frank’s side. BEST BET: Brentford to win Leicester City 14:00 Crystal Palace Two of the more unpredictable sides clash at the King Power Stadium and we can see a high-scoring game. Both teams are in mid-table with nothing notable to play for, with both of them looking in decent shape going forward. Leicester should have taken their chances to win at Old Trafford and Palace dealt Arsenal a surprise blow when winning 3-0. BEST BET: Over 2.5 Goals Norwich City 14:00 Burnley It might not be pretty at Carrow Road. Norwich have been out of their depth for much of the season. Dean Smith will already be considering his team’s Championship campaign, while Burnley will look to grind out three precious points. We’re expecting a tight game and you could do worse than backing the Clarets to win by a 1-0 scoreline. BEST BET: Under 2.5 Goals Manchester City 16:30 Liverpool There’s a suspicion that City can potentially edge this crucial clash and evens seems fair enough about a team who know a victory will take them to the verge of a fourth title in five seasons.
