It could be a case of defences on top, with Thomas Tuchel wanting his side to return to the defensive stinginess of earlier in the campaign. Pep Guardiola had a strong bench at St James’ Park and rotation could help them kick clear of the chasing pack. We’re expecting Newcastle to put on a spirited display and they could be about to turn the corner under Eddie Howe. Everton did recently manage to draw 1-1 at Chelsea, although they’re short of attacking quality on the pitch.
