SATURDAY 27TH NOVEMBER Arsenal 12:30 Newcastle United Arsenal should win this game although they’re trading at short betting odds. We can take the 1 + BTTS Yes betting angle considering that Newcastle United have found the net in ten of their twelve football matches. Eddie Howe’s team will get on the front foot but they are likely to be picked off by a Gunners side who have won four of their six matches at the Emirates. BEST BET: Arsenal + BTTS Yes Crystal Palace 15:00 Aston Villa Crystal Palace have drawn seven of their twelve Premier League matches and it’s the obvious play to back this clash to finish all square. Steven Gerrard achieved an opening win over Brighton although this could be a tougher assignment and he will want to ensure that his team come away with a point as the bare minimum. BEST BET: Draw Liverpool 15:00 Southampton This isn’t exactly a match which appeals from a betting point-of-view. Liverpool are strong favourites to get the job done because they probably will, although they have stuttered three times at Anfield. Even so, the way in which Arsenal were demolished suggests a similar scenario against a Saints team who were beaten at Norwich last weekend. BEST BET: Liverpool + BTTS No Norwich City 15:00 Wolves Wolverhampton Wanderers are sitting sixth in the Premier League table after amassing nineteen points from twelve games played. Wolves have won five of their previous seven matches and will be confident of getting the better of a relegation-threatened Norwich team. Bruno Lage’s side look defensively strong and the Canaries might not be able to live with them. BEST BET: Wolves to win Brighton 17:30 Leeds Brighton’s winless run continues and we’re not sure the Seagulls are a good thing to overcome Leeds. Graham Potter’s side are short of goals and we think that BTTS Yes is the best way to play this. BEST BET: BTTS Yes SUNDAY 28TH NOVEMBER Brentford 14:00 Everton We’ll take a punt on Brentford to win this clash. They ended a four-match losing run when drawing 3-3 at Newcastle, offering lots of attacking flair. Providing they can improve when defending set pieces, they might edge out an off-colour Everton side. The Toffees have lost four of their previous five games and might be missing Demarai Gray amongst others. BEST BET: Brentford to win Burnley 14:00 Tottenham Burnley are a good bet with half a goal start on the Asian Handicap. The Clarets have only lost one of their previous seven games, with Sean Dyche’s side offering a genuine goal threat and they’ve scored three times in their previous two home games. Spurs are not to be trusted at short odds despite an improved performance against Leeds after half-time. BEST BET: Burnley +0.5 Leicester City 14:00 Watford Crazily, the Foxes have not kept a clean sheet since their opening victory over Wolves back in August. Things are not good at the King Power Stadium and they clash with former manager Claudio Ranieri who saw his Watford side claim a 4-1 win over Manchester United. Therefore, the visitors look likely to score and BTTS Yes seems the most logical play. BEST BET: BTTS Yes Manchester City 14:00 West Ham Manchester City are Premier League title favourites and are very likely to get three points against the Hammers. David Moyes’ side have started the season strongly but they might struggle to see much of the ball here. The goals have dried up for the London side and we think City can keep a clean sheet after conceding just two in six home games. BEST BET: Man City + BTTS No Chelsea 16:30 Manchester United Chelsea could be too strong for a Manchester United team who have Michael Carrick at the wheel. The Red Devils landed a 2-0 win at Villarreal but might find this a much tougher assignment. Donny van de Beek is back in favour and could make the visitors more solid but the Blues are still worth taking off -1 on the Asian Handicap.
