Michael Owens daughter is going on Love Island 2022. Gemma Owen has packed her bags to enter the Love Island villa. It surely won't be an easy watch for the ex-England striker and he will be hoping she doesn't embarrass herself and get caught up in too much islander drama. What we know about Gemma Owen Other than being Michael Owen's daughter, we know is just 19 years old. That is pretty young for a contestant on Love Island. She will be mingling with other islanders up to 30 years of age. Hopefully she is switched on and her father has taught her all the tricks to avoid. Gemma is a star in her own right in the sport of Dressage. She is an International Dressage rider for Great Britain and competes across Europe. This is not an easy journey and has taken hard work and dedication, great skills to tackle a show like Love Island no doubt. Series eight of Love Island is set to start on Monday 6th June 2022. As always, you can watch every night at 9pm on ITV2.
