The WhatAcca.com EFL League Two GW11, a.k.a Game Week 11 Preview has just gone live! The League Two table is now taking shape. Forest Green Rovers have been the stand out team in the division. Rob Edwards’ side are enjoying a four-point cushion over the chasing pack and they play Swindon on Saturday. However, it’s really tight around the play-off spots and we make our predictions for the weekend. You can back these selections as a single or put them in a multiple. FRIDAY 8TH OCTOBER Tranmere Rovers 19:45 Colchester United It’s taken a few weeks but Micky Mellon now has Tranmere winning football matches. Rovers have taken seven points from three matches including a goalless draw at Forest Green. Peter Clarke and Tom Davies are oak trees and there is lots to like about the midfield quality that includes Kieron Morris and Josh Hawkes. Colchester were beaten by Salford last weekend and we’re happy to oppose them for this long trip north. BEST BET - Tranmere to win SATURDAY 9TH OCTOBER Forest Green Rovers 12:00 Swindon Town Forest Green are the likely winners here but we’ll take a shot at BTTS Yes. Rob Edwards’ side are averaging two goals per match, while Swindon have scored nine in five away games. The Robins scored three second half goals to claim a victory at Bristol Rovers last weekend. They will look to find the net against free-scoring opponents although FGR might outscore them. BEST BET - BTTS Yes Barrow 15:00 Leyton Orient There is not much between these two teams in the table. Mark Cooper’s Barrow are sitting seventh after a solid return of fifteen points. Meanwhile, Leyton Orient are two points better off although they were stunned when losing a 2-1 lead late in the game to lose 3-2 against Port Vale. Kenny Jackett will be eager to stamp out those defensive issues here. BEST BET - Draw Harrogate Town 15:00 Scunthorpe United Scunthorpe look to be in dire straits after the Iron landed seven points from their first ten matches. Neil Cox appears to be at a loss when it comes to solving the defensive woes. Scunny have lost five of their past six and they’re likely to be chinned by a Harrogate side sitting second in the table. Simon Weaver’s side claimed a 1-0 win at Oldham last weekend. BEST BET - Harrogate to win Newport County 15:00 Bradford City Bradford might have been one of the early season favourites although Derek Adams’ side have struggled for wins on the road. Newport have had no such problems at Rodney Parade and won last weekend despite Mike Flynn’s surprise exit. The Exiles are tough nuts to crack on their own patch. We think that they can continue their strong form here. Why not learn more about betting with the Whatacca Losing bets explanations and resources. BEST BET - Newport to win Sutton United 15:00 Port Vale Port Vale came from behind to beat Leyton Orient on Saturday. However, they were totally dominant during the first half. We’re expecting them to trouble a Sutton side who are also in excellent form. United won 2-0 at Northampton which means it has now been five wins in six matches. BEST BET - BTTS Yes The League Two programme takes centre stage this weekend, with the Premier League and Championship postponed due to the international break. There are also a handful of League One games, although this division often provides excellent value. We can put together a League Two acca and get the chance to enjoy a big return from a small stake.
