Premier League Betting Tips GW6

The WhatAcca.com Premier League GW6 a.k.a Game Week 6 Preview has been completed for our readers and subscribers!

Premier League Game Week 6 is fast approaching and we’re excited for the clash between Chelsea and Manchester City. Meanwhile, Manchester United also play on Saturday lunchtime against Aston Villa. We also have Liverpool travelling to Brentford, with the WhatAcca.com team having put together expert predictions on all ten games. Check out our verdict on the games this weekend.

SATURDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER

Chelsea 12:30 Manchester City

This game might get all the hype and top billing, although the plain fact is that Manchester City haven’t conceded since losing at Tottenham Hotspur in their opening match, while Chelsea’s only goal against was a Mohamed Salah penalty at Anfield. Therefore, it’s entirely possible that defences will be on top at Stamford Bridge and we’ll see a typically cagey affair between two leading Premier League teams.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Under 2.5 Goals

Manchester United 12:30 Aston Villa

While Manchester United have won four of their five matches played in the Premier League this season.  Three of these games have seen the opposition find the net. We might expect the Red Devils to win another high-scoring contest against an Aston Villa side.  Who beat Everton 3-0 last weekend, with Danny Ings and Ollie Watkins operating in tandem.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Manchester United + BTTS Yes

Everton 15:00 Norwich City

Although Everton are trading at a fairly short price to win this Premier League clash, we were expecting the initial quotes to be lower.  And we can keep things simple and add the Toffees into our accumulator this weekend. Rafael Benitez’s side have already enjoyed 3-1 wins against Southampton and Burnley at Goodison Park, with Norwich staring down the barrel after five straight defeats and lots of goals conceded.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Everton to win

Leeds United 15:00 West Ham United

Michail Antonio returns to the West Ham team for this clash at Elland Road, with the striker having been on fire in the opening two matches of the season.  While Said Benrahma also has three goals on the board and Jarrod Bowen is looking sharp. Leeds have managed to score in four of their five matches played despite being winless and we’ll go for the BTTS Yes betting option here.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: BTTS Yes

Leicester City 15:00 Burnley

Leicester City were made to pay for their slow start at Brighton where the Foxes only really started to create chances at 2-0 down. However, they were on the wrong side of some VAR decisions and we’re expecting Brendan Rodgers’ side to start showing their class, with Jamie Vardy looking sharp as a tack. Burnley are set for a campaign of struggle and they’ve failed to score in three of their first five matches.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Leicester + BTTS No

Watford 15:00 Newcastle United

Watford look to be in the better place out of these two teams right now.  With the Hornets having put three goals past Aston Villa and Norwich to record wins. In between, there were defeats to Brighton, Tottenham and Wolves.  Although Xisco Munoz’s side might make home advantage count against a Newcastle side who are super-reliant on Allan Saint-Maximin to make things happen.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Watford to win

Brentford 17:30 Liverpool

Brentford had a morale-boosting win at Molineux last weekend although this is a tough assignment against a focused Liverpool side. Who were able to claim a 3-0 win over Palace with an understrength team. Expect the Reds to rack up another clean sheet against the Bees and keep pace with the other leading sides in the division.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Liverpool + BTTS No

SUNDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER

Southampton 14:00 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Southampton nearly beat 1/8 shots Manchester City last weekend! Therefore, they’ll be confident of keeping out shot shy Wolves at St Mary’s where they’ve only conceded one goal in two games. Wanderers have lost four of their first five games and will want to make sure they take at least a point from this clash.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Under 2.5 Goals

Arsenal 16:30 Tottenham Hotspur

Everyone likes to say “the first goal is important” but this is especially the case on Sunday. Arsenal and Tottenham’s victories have all been by a 1-0 scoreline this season and so it might prove this weekend. Mikel Arteta’s side have tightened up at the back and Nuno Espirito Santo won’t be deploying adventurous tactics for this clash.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: Under 2.5 Goals

MONDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER

Crystal Palace 20:00 Brighton & Hove Albion

We’ve been impressed by both of these teams and think they can find the net at Selhurst Park.  Palace scored two at West Ham and three against Spurs. Meanwhile, Brighton have found the net in four of their first five encounters. While previous encounters have been tight, this could be an open game considering both managers are attack-minded and BTTS Yes feels the right call.

Betting Tip IconBEST BET: BTTS Yes
