Winning Acca Tips Given that we are coming to the start of yet another new season, I thought that now would be a good time to reflect on how we got on in the 2018-19 season. Overall, we’ve had another great season. It’s often easy to lose track with the types of bets that I put on just how well a season can go. Long streaks of no winners are part and parcel and it’s only when you sit down at the end of the season that you realise just how well things have gone. I’ll be honest, I knew that we’d done well, but I didn’t realise just how well. The season in numbers:Total number of bets sent out: 106Total outlay assuming £10 wagered on each bet: £1,060Total number of winning accumulators: 7Average odds of winning accumulators: 24.14/1Highest winning accumulator price: 38/1Lowest winning accumulator price: 14/1Total amount won (assuming £10 wagered on each bet): £1,750Total profit for the season (assuming £10 wagered on each bet): £690Winning strike rate: 6.60%Return on Investment: 64.17% The numbers are actually pretty incredible. One of the things that I’m most proud about is the ROI of 64.17%. It means it’s our second-best season so far and whilst it doesn’t quite reach the 114% ROI that we made in 2015-16, it’s still really healthy. The key to all this is without doubt consistency. I know what bets I like to place, and I know what to look for. I don’t really change the game plan all that much and this is because I know I’ve a method that works. I don’t do much self-promotion, but I bet there can’t be that many free tipsters out there that have turned over a 64% ROI over the course of a full season. Heck, I doubt there are many, if any paid tipsters that have been able to do this. The coolest part of it all is that I know you guys get a real buzz out of these bets. They can be a hard graft and that’s why many people lose sight of the long game with these bets. We can go weeks or even months without a win. But a couple of wins in quick succession can totally change the dynamics of a season. What you can expect from 2019-20 season The coming season will see a lot more of the same. In fact, I’m going to be increasing the number of bets that I send out. I realise that to make more money I need to back myself more and volume is a safer route than the stake for me. Whilst I don’t think they will be daily tips, I’m hoping to jump to 3-5 per week and see from there. It’s not always possible to fill 5 spots every day, so I need to work out what’s on offer. It might mean slightly smaller bets as a result, but I refuse to level on the quality for these, so if there are no games, there will be no bets. What Acca is going to keep getting content included on the site. As you read this email work is already underway with current articles being updated to reflect changing data and also new articles being added as and when possible. Finally, just wanted to thank you for your continued support of the site. It takes a lot of time to research the bets, but I genuinely enjoy this. When we land and you all email in, it’s bonkers, but great at the same time. Keep your eyes peeled in the coming days/weeks for the obligatory pre-season league acca.
